If I eat very little will I lose man ? Read description and 10 points for a good answer?

Im about 6ft and about 4 months ago I went exercise crazy and ran everyday and played 1 and a half hours of badminton everyday. I lost a bit on the belly but none of the . I was just wondering if I ate very healthily like just eat apples and take vitamin tablets. Would I lose them? I also would do light weights and situps. I also play badminton about twice a week. If I need to do more or please tell me if this would work. Thanks!
