You type in cos on your calculator and then you press 34 and hit the equals on, but the multiple choice answer always has different angles (yes, they are in degrees, not radians). Sometimes you get a negative value and you have to do an extra step which is to subtract it from 180 or something. Please show how to find all the possible values for cos, sin, and tan. I'm pretty sure this isn't the same thing as periods because you end up at that same place in the quadrant. Hi i`ve recently ripped music into my media player with a brand new external cd drive wich rips at 48x.I have then burnt my tunes and performed a sound test,the original disc`s vocals sounded a little more louder where as the burnt disc`s vocals sounded a little less loud but all in all WAV. is the closiest format in sound quality to an original disc.But my question is that is there no way i could ever get a disc to sound like the original disc itself to the exact.I am a very critical listener but i`m very happy with WAV. but when i played it on big sound sytem with an output of 2310 watts it still sounds great but when i play the original disc i can still tell the diference even though it`s barely noticable.I distinguished the difference in the vocal sound by that the original does sound just that little bit louder.Am i being just too critical perhaps but i so badly want my music to be like an actual original.Is maybe because the sound technicians in the studio know all the right ways

My betta is pale, and his head is turning kind of black. Help?

For a while now my betta has been acting kind of funny, he quit swimming and would just float around at the top of the tank. He's in a 5 gallon wish take, with a filter that doesn't really push out a lot of water, so there isn't much of a current in the water, he has a plant and we add the betta conditioner as it says to on the bottle. Well as the weeks have pes, he's been getting paler and paler. He now likes to sit on top of a floating flower that is submerged under the water about an inch or so. He used to spazz around the tank and bounce off the walls, so we added a parasite tablet, just half of one so it was suitable for the tank size. It seemed like it helped for a few days, well now he doesn't spazz out, but he quit swimming and his head is now getting really pale. The top of his head is turning black though, and you can kind of see through his nose. :( it makes me sad that he's sick and I don't know what to do. Friday college cles stress me out, four days of college is enough!?

Being a quite person, I really have difficulties staying in my college dorm- it gives me the most uneasy feeling in the world. My room mate's time table is different and I can't quite know if I missed anything in cl. Everyone just does their own things and no one cares about anyone else. The lecturers don't care unless you come up to them. Some really hate being asked about this and that. I used to have four days of college, then on the fourth day I come back home- it takes about 1 1/2 hours via taxi, train and taxi again. I find it the best way to destress- being at home with people I care and people that care for me. Now, I have an additional day, Friday. This is killing me. It's only 3 hours of cles as opposed to 6-7 hours of cles on previous days. Please help. I tried to talk to the lecturer about putting me in another cl similar to Friday but he/she just refused. They can do it, but they are just afraid it would mess things up. Furthermore, my timetable is packed.

I had a dream where I didn't wake up at the last second. I dreamed that I was a 9 month pregnant female soldier fighting in a WWII like setting (yeah, I know this is super inaccurate but hey-dreams are weird like that) And I got caught on the battlefield, wounded and left on a huge tree stump. An enemy soldier appeared, and without hesitation walked up to me, placed a pistol muzzle on my stomach and shot me point blank, I felt a burning pain in my stomach (I don't know about the accuracy of that as I've never been shot, but again probably inaccurate) and slowly everything dimmed as my brain filled with pain. I woke up briefly, fell back asleep and had another really weird dream.

I just contracted C difficile from hospital stay for head injury? Please Help!!?

I contracted this at one hospital for a head injury from falling down stairs and put on antibiotics. I still have one more week of Flagyl left take but not sure if this will be enough to make the C. Difficile go away. I have black jelly like poop that disinigrates when flushed and wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Why am i getting such bad pains?

I have questions about military housing in Okinawa, Japan?

We lived at Kadena for 4 years. We had a queen sized bed in base housing. We lived off base in an apt for about 6 months and only a full bed fit. Our apt didn't have any tatami, nor did those of any of our friends living off base (in apartments). We did have 1 set of friends who rented a house that did have tatami. Once we moved on base, we bought a large Okinawan entertainment center. It fit fine. My husband was an E4 at the time and we had a 2 br unit. Hope this helps!

I think my cat is sick, any ideas?

My cat has been really quiet today and yesterday. She's gotten a little fat but I don't think shes pregnant. She is shedding fur like crazy which she hasn't done before, and shes not eaten or been outside. She eats like clockwork every morning generally 2-3 cat pouches plus maybe a treat. Ok so a month ago I started my regular pack of Yasmin on my usual Thursday start. DIFFERENCE IN VOLUME ON MY GUITARS?

I have a Fender Starcaster and an American made Strat , which I just got . For some reason the Starcaster has alot more volune to it than my Strat . All things being equal with the amp - vol , tone etc , I have to turn the volume knob up to about 7 or 8 to get the same volume out of my Strat , as I do out of my Starcaster at level 3 or 4 on the volume knob . i have a Pioneer 50 inch plasma tv, i am not sure of the model number. i also have an XBOX 360 and call of duty 4. one of the game modes in xbox live is called " team deathmatch" where you have no sights or no HUD and the bullets hurt you more. really this is the most realistic presentation of war in video games today. Now to my question: i got one of those laser levels that you put on a tripod and they spin around and it make a perfect line 360 degrees and just set it to make a single dot and not spin.( the spinner is broken anyway). i set the laser on the tv exactly where the bullets would go by lining up where the red dot dot sight shoots on the p90, but the bullets shoot the same with every weapon so i made a quick acquisition sight so i can just shoot without using the ingame sight. my question is: will this laser cause damage to my tv screen like with "Burn in" on the screen? They robbed me of over $1000 for a $7000 loan. The $1000 was what they claimed a "security deposit." When I found out it was a scam it was too late...they had already picked up the money wired from western union....duh! like they're going to wait to get it, right? The two women that I spoke to went by the names of "Michelle Lindsey" and "Emily Sumn"... from "Walton's Financial Group" they claimed to have been reffered by cityfinancial. What cityfinancial cannot explain is how these people were able to get into their system and steal my information. CityFinancial was the only place I applied for a loan. So, the question is, how did they get my info?

Why is my cat misbehaving?

ive had my cat or kitten since she was two months old. When we first got her she used to always be by me, always stay in my room with me and actually SLEEP at night. How can we repair weathered bamboo wind chimes?

We recently moved into a house we are renting, and the previous owners left TONS of garden statues, tools, and miscellaneous decorations in the backyard. We threw most of the stuff away, but my husband wants to keep the bamboo wind chimes we found. They have been hanging in the sun for a very long time and are quite weathered. The wood is very dry, and one piece of bamboo is actually split. Is there a way to clean and oil it or something to make it look nicer without disrupting the sound it makes? A stain, maybe, to protect it from more damage? I have moved them to a shadier spot, but would love to make them look nicer if possible. Thank you!!! =)

Cat missing a nutrient?

My Norwegian Forest Cat loves to eat plastic bags. I've taken them away on her, tried waving my arms and yelling, I tried the 'doggie trick' of shaking a coke can with pennies in it. Nothing has even phased her, or gotten her to stop. I'll line our garbage bag with lemon juice, and she'll lick it off or rub it off until it's good enough to start munching on. What can I do to get her to stop this, and to boot, is her doing it telling me she's missing something in her diet? If so, what vitamin is plastic?

Why every morning I smell a smell like someone is smoking?

I do have a lot of disabilities, but about 6 weeks ago, I fell so hard and hit my head to the point that my nose was bleeding and my drainage was bleeding for a few days afterwards. My nose felt like I broke it, but who knows with these doctors. I did break both my big toes and they never told me until I got the dvd of all the tests they ran. A long time ago, a neurologist told me I suffered from seizures and some other things that I honestly did not believe. I have two aunts who have epilepsy, but I can't figure out when I would have seisures although a lot of times I have moments of absolutely no memory. No, I do not drink at all. I do not come out of these moments with marks but I have noticed I have a lot of marks on back which I can't explain. Since I have had my spinal surgeries, I don't have migraines like I use to. But occionally I do some migrainses still. One last thing. I had a brain anuerysm about two years ago too, but they operated and I have been told it has cleared up.....who really knows though. You probably have a "sound effect" applied. You need to go to Control Panel and find your audio device settings, something like "Realtek HD Audio" or whatever audio device you have. Then look for the settings that deal with sound "effects", probably in something like "Mixer Settings" or something similar.

Where's the best to buy a mouthpeice for my sax?

I own a lovely Conn stencil C Melody sax myself. I tried many types of mouthpieces ranging from the C Melody mpc, alto and tenor. A vintage C Melody mouthpiece will give you an 'ancient' sound to your horn. It doesn't have volume in it. A rubber/plastic alto mouthpiece didn't appeal to me. A tenor mpc soundded great but a lot of intonation problem. However a metal alto mouthpiece did the trick. Now it sounds like an expensive tenor sax, with great volume. I own a Yani soprano, a Martin Tenor and a Buescher Alto BUT I spend more time on my C-Melody. I love it... not too heavy, not too big yet it screams like my tenor. Happy hunting!

Birthday Dinner - Who Pays and What Would You Have Done?

So it is my friend's birthday and she emailed her good friends inviting them to celebrate the day at a nice restaurant in town. She also said she had decided to reserve a private dining room and needed a head count. Dinner night we were escorted to the dining area. The waitress informed us that we were being treated to the chef's special tasting menu. During dinner six appetizers, five delicious entrees (including short ribs and "kobe" beef) and six dessert tastings were served. Everything was fantastic and I thought wow what a nice birthday party. Like all the guests I had also brought the b-day girl a nice gift. Finally the check came and her boyfriend took it an announced "OK the total is ___(several hundred dollars). We were to split the cost. Never when she was sharing these plans did she say "and you will be paying for it." I didn't make the plans, she did! I handed the guy $40 which was below my share but what I would have spent on a dinner there. What do you think?
