Started a Yasmin pack and ended with a Yaz pack?

Ok so a month ago I started my regular pack of Yasmin on my usual Thursday start. I noticed that I had packs that were expired so I had to throw all those away and had to go off my emergency pack that I always have around just in case i forget my birth control. Well it only had 9 pills in it. I live in another state then where my mom lives and I asked her to send me more birth control from my stash. She sent me Yaz. So I did the 9 pills that were in that pack of Yasmin and then took 9 pills out of the Yaz and threw them away then finished the pack of Yaz for the whole month. I was freaked out about doing this so I didn't have all month. I still haven't gotten my period. How will this effect my body. I just started the new pack of Yaz today. Will I need a backup method for the birth control this month or will I be ok? SOMEONE HELP...PLEASE
