Why every morning I smell a smell like someone is smoking?

I do have a lot of disabilities, but about 6 weeks ago, I fell so hard and hit my head to the point that my nose was bleeding and my drainage was bleeding for a few days afterwards. My nose felt like I broke it, but who knows with these doctors. I did break both my big toes and they never told me until I got the dvd of all the tests they ran. A long time ago, a neurologist told me I suffered from seizures and some other things that I honestly did not believe. I have two aunts who have epilepsy, but I can't figure out when I would have seisures although a lot of times I have moments of absolutely no memory. No, I do not drink at all. I do not come out of these moments with marks but I have noticed I have a lot of marks on back which I can't explain. Since I have had my spinal surgeries, I don't have migraines like I use to. But occionally I do some migrainses still. One last thing. I had a brain anuerysm about two years ago too, but they operated and I have been told it has cleared up.....who really knows though.
