When I record my voice on the computer, I sound so low and slow... like Darth Vader. How can I fix this?

You probably have a "sound effect" applied. You need to go to Control Panel and find your audio device settings, something like "Realtek HD Audio" or whatever audio device you have. Then look for the settings that deal with sound "effects", probably in something like "Mixer Settings" or something similar.
