Are liberals against indefinite detention without trial for terror suspects or for it?

Sorry, I don't agree with indefinite detention for anyone. If you've got enough evidence to bring them in and jail them, then you've got enough evidence to bring them to trial. Why wait? It also sets a really bad precedent. Cirstances and governments change, with a tradition like indefinite detention in place there's no telling when in the future it could be applied to me or you for reasons that seem unimaginable today.
