Have you every had a dream where....?

I had a dream where I didn't wake up at the last second. I dreamed that I was a 9 month pregnant female soldier fighting in a WWII like setting (yeah, I know this is super inaccurate but hey-dreams are weird like that) And I got caught on the battlefield, wounded and left on a huge tree stump. An enemy soldier appeared, and without hesitation walked up to me, placed a pistol muzzle on my stomach and shot me point blank, I felt a burning pain in my stomach (I don't know about the accuracy of that as I've never been shot, but again probably inaccurate) and slowly everything dimmed as my brain filled with pain. I woke up briefly, fell back asleep and had another really weird dream.
