How does an NFL Division Tie work if the Patriots and Jets tied AFC East?

Right now the Jets hold a 1 game lead over the Patriots after beating them 34-31, the Patriots beat the Jets earlier this year though 19-10 since the Patriots beat the Jets by more points then the Jets beat the Patriots, would the patriots hold the tiebreaker?...If not how would the winner of the division be decided
