I just contracted C difficile from hospital stay for head injury? Please Help!!?

I contracted this at one hospital for a head injury from falling down stairs and put on antibiotics. I still have one more week of Flagyl left take but not sure if this will be enough to make the C. Difficile go away. I have black jelly like poop that disinigrates when flushed and wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I am eating kefir and yougurt in hopes to replenish the good bacteria. Has anyone else experiencd this and what did they do so it does not come back. I am scared that it will and it was the most painful experience in the hosital. It felt like my insides were going to come out my bum. I am a 31 year old healthy female and do not understand how this happened. Also, I get heatburn from almost everything I eat. Does anyone have any DIET suggestions that has had experience with this? I eat yougurt kefir eggs chicken broth with rice some breads cherries water ensure and drink chamomile tea and that is basically it. Please help.
