Friday college cles stress me out, four days of college is enough!?

Being a quite person, I really have difficulties staying in my college dorm- it gives me the most uneasy feeling in the world. My room mate's time table is different and I can't quite know if I missed anything in cl. Everyone just does their own things and no one cares about anyone else. The lecturers don't care unless you come up to them. Some really hate being asked about this and that. I used to have four days of college, then on the fourth day I come back home- it takes about 1 1/2 hours via taxi, train and taxi again. I find it the best way to destress- being at home with people I care and people that care for me. Now, I have an additional day, Friday. This is killing me. It's only 3 hours of cles as opposed to 6-7 hours of cles on previous days. Please help. I tried to talk to the lecturer about putting me in another cl similar to Friday but he/she just refused. They can do it, but they are just afraid it would mess things up. Furthermore, my timetable is packed.
