With our troops stretched in Iraq, Afghan and now prob Libya, r we more vulnerable to say like a Cuban attack?

The USSR tried that shitt back in the early 60`s ! Known as the Cuban Missile crisis , the US Navy blockaded Cuba to keep the USSR from building missile bases in Cuba ! We stopped it then and called the USSR`s bluff , and we will do it again to any country that attempts to make Cuba a base for their military to attack the USA !
