Texas Tech vs Texas BCS Championship game?

Alright, i worked it out in my head. If Texas Tech wins out and wins the Big 12, they're still top 2 in BCS. Texas is 3 right now and win out. Then if Bama wins out regular season (means they take down #4 Florida to drop them in the rankings) but then loses to Florida in the SEC championship and they drop from one, the top 2 teams would be Texas Tech and Texas, #5 OU would drop from loss to Texas Tech and #6 USC has no chance to jump Texas even if they win out because there's no Pac-10 championship. We could see a Big 12 South shootout in the Championship game right? Unless there's some stupid rule about it like the rule where only 2 teams from a conference can go to a BCS bowl game.
