What movie is the title of this movie?

i believe it's from the seventies, i think it was on the i love the 70s vh1 series, but it may have been the eighties. it's like this guy that always fights this one guy, like wherever he is, he just goes excuse me and they destroy the whole set. that's all i know, please helppp
