I ususally eat pretty healthy (i work at a health food store so i have no choice really haha). tonight i kinda pigged out a little on some appetizers from applebees...not so healthy. i am trying to lose a little weight...not any drastic amount or anything (i am 5'3 and about 145). is it cool to pig out once in awhile? for me it really isn't that often that i eat unhealthy...just feel bad when i do! thanks all!
